Everything related to governance that was discussed here shows up again and again. <br /><br />Agree with Scott's main point, that developers (or the people doing the work whoever they are) need to put their hands up and get involved with governance.<br /><br />Think this is where lean can really step in and become a bit of a game changer since it offers some great principles and techniques enabling improvement in governance(focusing on value and cycle time, value stream mapping, kaizens, kanbans, gemba, etc.) in a continuous way and getting input from where the work is actually happening.Alexis Huihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08037705536011128597noreply@blogger.com
